Your Politics My Hustle: The Amendment to the 14th Amendment

The Amendment to the 14th Amendment

The following Change or Action must be implemented or the Society will inevitably deteriorate. Failure to act will be uncivilized not to mention a complete disregard and betrayal of the efforts of our WWII veterans many of whom lost their lives leaving no offspring to benefit from their sacrifice.

The 14th Amendment MUST be amended. The 14th Amendment where it allows for the preposterous Anchor baby must and can be revised otherwise it will ultimately disenfranchise children born of Legal Permanent residents, Naturalized and Natural born citizens.

It is inexcusable to subject the children of Legal Permanent residents, Naturalized and Natural born citizens to illegitimate competition in the work place, especially when it’s obvious that the number of available opportunities is dwindling. The reason behind the stark dwindling in occupational opportunities is a subject for another discussion.

The simple required amendment to the 14th Amendment should read as follows:

You are a citizen if and only if your mother is a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen; Prior to your conception.

Prior to your conception means that at the time of your birth and the gestation period is determined and concluded your mother must have valid proof that she was a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen prior to the commencement of said gestation period and that at the time of birth there was no induced labor that would enable or impact the qualification consistent with the number of months.

In essence if it is determined by the medical community that your mother gave birth to you in 9 months, your mother MUST have been a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen for more than 9 months before the date of your birth.

If the gestation period was 8 months then your mother MUST have been a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen for more than 8 months before the date of your birth.

If the gestation period was 7 months then your mother MUST have been a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen for more than 7 months before the date of your birth.

If the gestation period was 6 months then your mother MUST have been a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen for more than 6 months before the date of your birth.

If the gestation period was 5 months or less then your mother MUST have been a Legal Permanent resident or a Naturalized citizen, or a Natural born citizen for more than the number of months determined by the medical community that your mother gave birth to you in. This scenario is highly unlikely to be a contest since unless for a miracle you are not likely to be alive.
